  • I don’t know what I need - can you still help?

    Yes! Many clients come to us unsure of where to start. That’s what the free 30-minute consultation is for — we’ll chat about your business and guide you toward what might help most.

  • Do you only work with local businesses in Stirling?

    We love working with local businesses face-to-face, but we also support clients remotely across Scotland (and beyond). If you’re happy to work online, so are we.

  • Do you build websites?

    Yes - we can help with anything from a simple refresh to a full build, depending on what’s right for your business. We work with platforms like Squarespace, Wix, and WordPress.

  • Can you manage my social media?

    We can - or we can help you create a plan and templates so you can do it confidently yourself. We’ll tailor support to match your time, skills, and goals.

  • What if I already have some digital tools in place?

    That’s great! We’ll work with what you’ve got, helping you get the most from your existing setup and avoid duplicating tools unnecessarily.

  • Do you offer training?

    Absolutely. Whether it’s a quick run-through or a step-by-step session, we’ll help you and your team feel more confident using your tools.

  • Is the first consultation really free?

    Yes - no strings attached. It’s a chance for you to ask questions and see if we’re the right fit before committing to anything.

  • Can you help with print materials too?

    Yes - if it ties into your digital goals, we can design things like flyers, posters, or in-store signage to keep everything consistent.

  • How does pricing work?

    No two businesses, or projects, are the same, so we keep our pricing flexible to suit your needs. For one-off consultations or short bits of support, we usually charge an hourly rate. For ongoing work like social media management, website updates, or regular content creation, we can agree a fixed-price package that works for you. If you're looking for longer-term support, a monthly retainer might make sense, while well-defined short-term projects can be priced on a per-project basis.
